Good plot, the turning of the tables not too believable about (but can work), but what really fails is codes are not in the story (missing more), and format and technical all over the place. Needs a LOT of work. (3/10)

Wow I am hooked and thoroughly appreciate your wonderful effort put forth in this story. I hope for as you continue this juicy adventure, if I might suggest hard hairbrush spankings to tearful crying and bloody bottom cheeks. Farts from the college coeds right in his face and requiring him to wear their femme pink silk panties_knickers to humiliate him. All well deserved and he knows in his own acessment he deserves and must suffer for his voyeur actions. (10/10)

The story is nicely written but I agree with Major Littmann: it becomes unbelievable when the tables are turned. It's also just an appetizer, none of the story codes can be found here.
I hope there will be a follow up, though. (6/10)

All the nice girls love a sailor so the old song goes and I for one love part one of this erotic story by a new contributing author to the library Carl Lindant.
The story is very well written by someone with a special aptitude at weaving good fantasy fiction and not rushed thereby plenty fine detail. I am sorry that fellow reviewer (Major Littmann)finds it necessary to say the story falls absolutely flat and such like when the tables are turned on the ex-sailor landlord. I should have thought these comments could have waited until the next parts of this great story. Looking forward to some extreme humiliations and punishments for this lecherous man by the girls in the following story parts in the future. Well done top marks.

- You revealed who the tables are turned on not I mike, merely revealing a twist makes readers curious, telling them who they are turned on destroys the suspense.

It starts off well, as a tale of an ageing pervert spying on girls it is right up there but just when it gets interesting it takes off at a tangent and from being totally believeable it falls absolutely flat, hollow and unbelieveable when it comes to the tables being turned on our hero. I think 7/10 but that may be because I'm so disappointed so I'll give it 8 (8/10)
