Not bad of a storyline in the least, though it could use some more in depth descriptions of the scenes that follow. The ending was a surprise, truly, but left me confused on what actually happened. What the relationship was between the girl and Dave and such. (5/10)

Not a great story, but the ending made it worth reading. Nic seems to have flashes of brilliance interspersed among too much dross. 'naivete', not 'nativity' (7/10)

        - Nic doesn't post his stories, he reposts old ones by other authors under his name. Hence the wide variety in subject matter, style and quality.

        - @Surtea - and he doesn't mention this in the synopsis... why?

        - The original submission included creditting original author/site. These are mostly pre-1990 stories. The person who reviews and actually posts to the site removed this information.
